All information on our website can be made available to you in a printed format. You can also request any information in large print. Please put any requests for information in writing and allow two working days for a response.
The Practice welcomes a diverse patient population and we have staff members who speak other languages. We can arrange interpretation and translation services in person or by phone for patients who do not speak English. Please let us know if you need this service when booking an appointment.
Our website has a translation function at the top of the right hand side-bar where you can select the language you would like to view the website in.
When you give us your mobile number, we will use it to send you SMS reminders of your appointments and for occasional communications regarding our services. If you do not wish to receive text messages from the surgery, please let us know.
Changes to Procedures
When changes are introduced to Practice procedures that affect patients, we will ensure that these are clearly explained on waiting room notice boards or TV screens and on our website.
